VW T1 Gearbox 8/33 – reinforced CNC side covers

This VW T1 gearbox with 8/33 ratio was developed for use in classic VW T1 buses where reliability, durability and clean power transmission are paramount. The 8/33 ratio offers a balanced combination of pulling power and rpm level and is suitable for both near-series engines and moderately tuned setups.

The reinforced CNC side covers significantly reduce the well-known problem of bearing wandering, contributing to improved gearbox stability.
