Born from a long-standing passion for classic Volkswagens, WAGENWERKS™ specializes in the planning, construction, and provision of ready-to-install Type 1 engines.

Our Approach
Implementation is carried out using tested components and suitable engine casings.
Depending on the scope of the project, this includes:

processing and testing of relevant sealing and bearing surfaces

overhaul of main and camshaft bearing saddles

dimensional and visual inspection of engine casings

use of new cylinder heads, pistons, and liners

professional assembly of sheet metal and periphery
